During our test, we were surprised to find that really authentic Japanese flavors are served here. The
donburi
was almost perfect – the
wagyu
as tender and soft as international gourmets love it. Surprisingly the
Akadashi Miso
This specialty made our mouths water. Sushi lovers will love the
Maki Sushi
which the sushi master prepares with great experience and elegant routine. And for dessert, we highly recommend the
omochi
with sesame crust! Like in the land of cherry blossoms. Wonderful!
The restaurant
The restaurant is divided into three areas: the separate chic fine dining area, the bar and the brasserie at the front, just after the entrance. The service is professional, friendly and fast. A mix of Japanese-correct restraint and Viennese cordiality.
