All Käfer pasta products are made from carefully selected wheat that comes exclusively from Italian growing regions. The wheat is gently cooked in the company’s own mill and only shaped using molds made of pure bronze. This elaborate production process, the bronze-drawing, is followed by a long resting and drying phase for the pasta. Only following this elaborate procedure guarantees an authentic product with its full nutritional values and unforgettable pasta aroma.
