HELLO ⟋ SPRING

It’s finally here, spring! In the morning the chirping birds greet us, the crocuses sprout in the garden and I have already discovered the first violets. After the dark winter months, I can’t wait to start a new, exciting year with the beginning of spring!

Culinary, we start green & lean with a new chef and a new concept in Munich’s Green Beetle. We also like the offer in the Grapes Wein Bar in Ledererstraße with modern bar food and hand-picked wines.

In Zurich, we discovered the light-flooded restaurant Castellan’s in the Neue Schloss Privat Hotel for ourselves. Chef de Cuisine Guillermo Bordón celebrates here his fine, creative Fusion Cusine from the best that Southern Europe and Switzerland have to offer. The legendary Kronenhalle has also visited again – always a celebration for all the senses! On the walls, in the service and on the plates.

At the beginning of March, I will go to the ITB, the largest tourism fair. This year, Oman presents itself there as a partner country. I am really looking forward to it and to many new inspirations to travel and enjoy!

So let’s go into an exciting spring with lots of sun and beautiful experiences!
