The delicate Art Nouveau anemones on the bottles of the Belle Epoque line are world-famous – a beautiful, multifaceted symbol of the founding family’s botanical heritage. For 211 years, the seven current cellar masters in Epernay have been inspired by flowers, leaves and fragrances, focusing on the rich nuances of Chardonnay grapes, which have been chosen as the Champagne House’s signature grape variety, when creating their cuvées.
Fine Dining & Champagne
The new dining experience “The Banquet of Nature by Perrier-Jouët” combines the wealth of experience of Cellar Master Séverine Frerson with a seasonally changing fine dining menu created with incredible finesse and attention to detail by three-star chef Pierre Gagnaire and Perrier-Jouët chef Sebastien Morellon.
Taste, smell, feel!
The dramaturgy of the evening is unique. Based on the four seasons, the menu and wine tasting “from seed to harvest” are structured according to the cycle of nature. Information about the Champagne house, the grapes and the individual cuvées is presented in turn. We taste, smell and feel with our eyes closed. We listen, marvel, taste and enjoy.
It goes without saying that the menu is adapted to seasonal and regional conditions, always with the aim of providing the best possible culinary accompaniment to the influences of the climate on the various cuvées. All of Maison Perrier-Jouët’s champagnes are also part of this and want to be experienced in four phases from A to Z: “Le Terroir”, “Awakening”, “Flowering” and “Maturity” form the grape’s path to maturity and thus fit perfectly into the concept of the four seasons.
An experience for all the senses
If that weren’t enough, the centerpiece of the evening is a multifunctional table specially designed for the “Banquet of Nature”, where twelve guests can be seated in a relaxed atmosphere. It completes the artistic work with innovative listening experiences, inspiring visual installations and: as a place of rest for smelling, feeling and tasting. The team around cellar master Séverine Frerson has deliberately designed the dinner experience as an evening with interactive rituals. They invite you to experience the soul of Maison Perrier-Jouët and the vibrant vibes of its champagnes with all your senses. Together, with joy, with great pleasure.

We find it sensational that Perrier-Jouët’s “Banquet of Nature” was not only designed for its own events, but that the entire experience can be booked individually for special occasions or celebrations with an exclusive circle of guests. The event professionals at Maison Perrier-Jouët deliver all the components of the dinner to your home and transform the desired location into a sensual Garden of Eden. Table, decoration, music, printed matter, food and of course the inspiring champagne included. Finally, a maître will guide guests through the program in a charming and entertaining manner, revealing interesting stories and anecdotes about the legendary champagne house.
Since summer 2022, the exclusive “Banquet of Nature” can also be booked in Germany.
